Volunteers
The Obby Times is run by volunteers. We do not have paid staff openings or traditional job listings.
If you want to help cover obby news, we are always interested in hearing from people who write well, know the community, and can commit time without expecting a paycheck.
Ways to help
Reporting. Patch notes, world records, competitive scenes, and breaking news before the Discord thread catches up.
Community coverage. Jams, charity runs, creator spotlights, and event recaps.
Editing and fact-checking. Review drafts, verify claims, and keep corrections moving quickly.
Operations. Layout, social posts, or anything that keeps the site running.
You do not need a formal title to contribute. Many volunteers start with a single article or tip.
